VINEYARD: A vine variety of French origin. It is one of the most prized and most difficult red grape vine species in the world, yet it found ideal growing conditions in the northern region of Italy. The wines produced in this area are the fruit of a terroir that is a combination of particularly favourable calcareous soil, climate and varieties of vine. VINIFICATION (WINE-MAKING)
COLOUR: Intense ruby color, garnet if aged. BOUQUET: Delicate with fruity aromas and a layer of complexity given by the prolonged skin maceration. TASTE: A wine with Excellent structure, with a velvety, round, slightly bitter but never aggressive palate. FOOD MATCHES: It pairs beautifully with both white and red meats, roasts and fresh cheeses. Serve at 18-20 C.

The grapes are hand-picked and soft pressed in stainless steel tanks where they remain in contact with the skins for about 24/48 hours to get the characteristic coppery colour.
Description: Light pink with coppery reflections. Crispy, fresh with fruity berry fragrances. Soft and balanced with round and fruity flavors. Food Matches: Excellent as aperitif, it pairs perfectly with prawns, chicken and risotto. Serve chilled.

From selected hilly vineyards of the Venezie region, the soft-crushed grapes and free-run must are processed at low temperatures. Clarification is done at controlled temperature (14 to 15 C), and the clean product is filtered and fermented at 16 to 18 C. When fermentation is perfect, the wine is stored underground at a constant low temperature tanks before bottling. Description: Light straw yellow, with a crispy, fresh and fruity bouquet. Very elegant, soft and delicate with hints of hazelnuts to the finish Food Matches: Ideal matched with grilled chicken, fish or salads. Serve at approximately 10 C.
Pinot Grigio Del Veneto D.O.C.G. has honey and mineral on the nose and palate, a slight oily texture and a nice clean finish. Served with appetizers, fish, soup, and any kind of pasta or rice dishes.

Sgubin Pinot Grigio D.O.C. has a straw yellow colour, with a slight ash grey hue. The bouquet is intense, pleasant, and particular. To the palate, it has a solid structure and persistent taste. An excellent accompaniment to rich soups, rice dishes made with light meats, white meats or poultry. Serve chilled.
