This wine is from the Lazio region of Italy, bordered by the Tyrrhenian Sea. Lazio is prevalently volcanic in origin, and the vineyards cover a considerable amount of the area. Frascati has been appreciated for centuries, and was served on the tables of princes and merchants in Rome. It is made from a blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes.

Terre Frascati D.O.C. has a less intense straw yellow colour and a sapid, soft, fine and velvety flavour. Light, dry, and mildly zesty, this fragrant wine has a vinous and delicate bouquet, and is exceptionally easy to drink.

Great with seafood, white meat, salads, light cheeses and delicately flavoured pasta dishes.
