The ultimate pairing for Pecorino Cheese...

Pale yellow in colour, with field flower and aromatic grass aromas. A well balanced white, offering notes of white peaches, red apples and pear. Fresh acidity marks the long, and tangy finish.

'Pecorino' comes from the italian word for sheep, 'pecora' which is perfectly fitting for this esoteric varietal, as the sheep would graze on the pecorino vines as they pass through into the pasture. A unique and fast-becoming-favourite varietal!

Filling a glass with Fragoli is a unique experience that almost seems to defy the laws of physics. Each pour, whether the bottle's first or last, will release a nearly equal number of petite dark red strawberries that are somehow suspended in the vibrant red liquid. Just what enables the flavour - packed fruit to swim gravity free throughout the bottle is a carefully guarded secret behind the alluring Italian liqueur that has now been introduced to the North American market.

Fragoli is a liqueur with real wild forest handpicked strawberries in every bottle. Un-cork the top and the nose is pure strawberry and the taste is the essence of strawberry distilled! A well balanced combination of alcohol and fruit that is just right in terms of sweetness and fruitiness.

Excellent for mixed drinks - sparkling wine, vodka, dry vermouth are all great mixers, or as base for a strawberry Mojito and desserts!

The taste is intense and original. A wonderful strawberry liqueur - not only to drink, but to eat also!

Can be enjoyed anytime of the day thanks to its versatility. Served cold, but not frozen, it is a classic after-dinner drink. At room temperature, it is an excellent topping for cheesecake, ice cream or fruit salad.

Grappa is a uniquely Italian drink. Traditionally, made from pomace, the discarded grape seeds, stalks, and stems that are a by-product of the winemaking process, Grappa has been around since the Middle Ages.

Grappa is traditionally served chilled in small glasses and served after the meal, as the Italians believe that it aids digestion. Correctly, Grappa should be swirled gently in the glass and then brought to your nose, before tasting. It is then tasted in small sips. In Italy, Grappa is also added to espresso to make a "Cafe Corretto," a popular after-dinner concoction.

Grappa Peidirosso is finely balsamic with fruity notes of blackberry, spicy blackcurrant and black pepper with a scent of eucalyptus.

"The 2007 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Marina Cvetic opens with an expressive, inviting bouquet that leads to peaches, apricots, flowers and minerals. All of the elements are woven together beautifully in this silky, refined white. The mid-weight Trebbiano impresses for its considerable length and exceptional sense of harmony. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2017." Robert Parker June 2010

This wine shows a brilliant golden yellow color and nuances of golden yellow, very transparent.

The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of apple, plum and hawthorn followed by aromas of toasted wood, broom, pineapple, lavender, honey, hazelnut, ripe peach, pear and vanilla.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing roundness, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and pear.

Best served at a temperature of 12 - 14 C with baked fish, white meat or cream cheeses.

"A small word of advice, if you are looking for good wine at a great price, look where nobody else is looking. You will be amazed at what you might find. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 9 months before release, this delicious white is a shining example of what Trebbiano can be. Light to medium bodied with simple apple, and stone fruit flavours, soft acidity and a clean, dry finish. Not overtly fruit forward but balanced and fresh!" - "EAT" Magazine, Larry Arnold November-December 2013 CHARACTERISTICS

Residual sugar: 0,8 g/l
Dry Extract: 31 g/l

This Sangiovese "in purezza" (pure) Genius Loci is produced with selected grapes grown on a single vineyard belonging to the Burchino Estate, called Le Corti. Le Corti Cru is characterized by its particular exposition and the rich soil. The vines are cultivated with the cordon spur training system in order to obtain from 1 to 2 kg of grapes per vine.

The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. After the primary fermentation in stainless steel the malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barriques where later on the wine is refined for a minimum period of 12 months

"This bright ruby red wine has an elegant impact on the nose with hints of lemon on a raspberry background. Warm and passionate with slight tannins this product lingers on the palate and is ready to drink now but will age well on its graceful balance." by Cippi Pitschen

The heart of the Chianti region, green rolling hills, seemingly endless spreading of vineyards and olive groves, of oak and holm-oak woods, ancient villages where the history of centuries has given strength to the finest traditions: from this sanctuary of harmony and peace we are glad to introduce you the most precious fruit of our toil: the red wines of Campomaggio.

This wine comes from a selection of the best sangiovese vines blended with a small portion of cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from the campomaggio vineyard. After fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in barrique, and in bottles for a further 6 months. The campomaggio red has a lively ruby red color with light garnet hues, elegant, a full bouquet with a pleasant hickory scent. The taste is dry, full-bodied with a slight initial tannin flavor which develops into a spicy taste. It is an ideal wine to accompany grilled meats, games and cheeses.

"This elegant, full-bodied blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Shiraz offers sweet notes of strawberry and berry fruit, with flavors of leather, spice and vanilla. Supple texture and admirable finish. A great "Supertuscan." Cippi Pitschen

Vinification: This grape is grown almost exlusively in Puglia region, and particularly in Salento, the peninsula which can be visualized as the ‘heel’ of Italy. After an accurate selection, the grape are vinified following the traditional method without the addition of any concentrated must. The primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Very good to be drunk young, it develops into velvety softness with further ageing in the bottle. Description: Deep red colour with purple edges. Intense perfume of tar, liquorice and red berries. The palate is fruity and spicy with intense flavours leading to a soft supple finish. Serving Suggestions: Ideal to accompany flavoured pasta dishes with tomato sauce, roast mats, game, salami and mature cheeses. Serve at room temperature. Curiosity: Although ‘amaro’ is Italian for ‘bitter’, the name is thought to derive from two words meaning ‘black’: the Latin ‘negro’ and the ancient Greek ‘maru’.

"Yeow! To say this is an interesting wine is a gross understatement! This Bianco is a Pinot Noir (Nero) made with zero skin contact. No skin contact, no colour! On the nose, it starts off like a white, fresh and floral with perhaps a hint of pear. On the palate everything starts to change! It is still bright and fresh but the light floral aromatics evolve into something bigger and juicier; ripe peaches come to mind. Out of left field but delicious none-the-less!" - "EAT" Magazine, Larry Arnold November-December 2013 Vinified by a soft Pressing the must obtained is cooled to 10° cand left to rest for 24 hours. Subsequently, the fermentation takes place in purity and takes place in pressurized, temperature controlled stainless steel containers, with selected yeasts. The wine obtained is aged in stainless steel tanks for about 6 months. Straw yellow, luminous and bright, a young fresh floral fruity perfume a pleasant, full and elegant wine. Excellent as aperitif, accompanies appetizers, seafood, delicate starters, fish and also well suited with pizza.
